Legal support for a large Russian IT company on issues related to performance of a state contract

The CLS team provided support to a large Russian IT company that creates information systems in the field of analytics and support for business management processes and analyzed the state contract as to the scope of rights transferred by the client.

As a result of the work, CLS associates developed a draft agreement to settle the client's existing risks, as well as a procedure for disposing of rights to new objects created by the client in the course of performing the agreement.

As a result, the parties to the agreement were able to maintain the scope of rights acceptable to them, as well as avoid mutual lawsuits and claims related to violation of exclusive rights.
