Elizaveta specializes in providing support in complex, including cross-border, M&A transactions, conducts legal due diligence and liaises with regulatory authorities (including obtaining permission from the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation).

Elizaveta also advises on complex corporate and commercial matters, including the establishment of joint ventures, reorganizations and liquidations of companies. Within the CLS Corporate Practice, Elizaveta has participated in the support of significant M&A transactions and strategic projects of importance both to key clients and to the economy as a whole. Her clients include development companies, financial institutions (banking sector) and manufacturing companies (including the timber industry and mechanical engineering).

In addition to her corporate practice, Elizaveta advises private clients on family and inheritance law matters, with particular focus on the protection of business assets in the context of succession and division of property.

Elizaveta has more than 12 years of professional experience, including heading the legal department of a financial company.
