• licensing and other relations concerning use and disposal of intellectual property, including those involving a foreign element;
• support in the course of implementation and use of information technologies and solutions in the field of AI;
• advising and support for transactions in the field of copyright and related rights.

Victor has many years of experience in participating in and coordinating projects and major transactions in the field of intellectual property, as well as forming relationships on the creation and use of intellectual property results, including IT systems.

Victor is developing a special expertise in the field of legal regulation of information technologies and artificial intelligence, helping clients build reliable legal protection for the most modern developments.

Victor's experience traverses a wide range of economic sectors. Among his clients are market leaders, including Russian and international IT corporations, major FMCG manufacturers, pharma companies, car manufacturers, leading developer companies.

Victor provides support for transactions involving acquisition of intangible assets, conducts audits of intellectual property rights and defends client interests in intellectual property matters in courts and administrative bodies (Federal Customs Service, Rospatent, Federal Antitrust Service).

Victor has authored publications on protection of intellectual property in reputable business and legal periodicals such as Kommersant, Sostav, RBC PRO, EZH Yurist, Journal of the Intellectual Property Court. He is a sought-after speaker at specialized conferences and events, including MDS, Legal Academy, Baltic Weekend and Pravotech.

Under Victor's leadership, the Intellectual Property group traditionally ranks at the top of the WTR1000, Pravo-300 and Kommersant international and national rankings in the categories of Intellectual Property Law: Registration and Consulting and Personal Data Protection.
