Design, construction and operation of the Rai-Iz ski resort in the Polar Urals

CLS associates provided full legal support in the course of the client’s participation in the tender for the right to enter into a concession agreement, including analysis of the tender documentation, regional acts, clarifications and other related documents, drafting official queries and letters on behalf of the client, as well as analysis of risks in the draft concession agreement and ways to minimize them.

The firm’s associates assisted in preparing the client’s tender proposal so it could pass the pre-qualification and in preparing the client’s bid. Since the client won the tender, the CLS team represented the client in negotiations of the terms and conditions of the concession agreement with the concessor.

The concession agreement was entered into in October of 2022.
