Support for environmental infrastructure projects

Examples of projects in which CLS lawyers ensured the organizational and legal structuring and support for environmental projects:

• Creation and operation of a household infrastructure system - facilities used for processing, neutralization and storage of solid household waste in Novosibirsk Region based on a concession agreement
• Support for a participant in a tender on selection of a regional operator of solid household waste
• Reconstruction and construction of facilities of the Northern Water Supply Station of St. Petersburg with introduction of two-stage water purification technology (Nevsky Water)
• Reconstruction, construction and operation of drain water treatment facilities and a sediment incineration plant
• Construction of a waste treatment plant in Levashovo and creation of sewage sludge management facilities
