Support of a Russian investor in a project on creating a carbon unit register under the terms of a concession agreement

The project provides for the creation and operation of an information system – a carbon unit register under a concession agreement and is aimed at creating conditions for sustainable and balanced development of the Russian economy while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

CLS associates provided comprehensive legal support for the project on creating the information system, including analysis and development of a road map for registration of intellectual property rights, support for the registration of exclusive intellectual property rights and transfer to the state.

In addition, CLS associates prepared a full set of internal documents in the field of personal data processing, as well as a notification on personal data processing for submission to Roskomnadzor. CLS also developed additional policies for publication on the client's web site and practical instructions for the Client's employees who work with personal data in the course of the Client's activities.
