Support for tourist and recreation projects

The project involved development of tourist and recreational infrastructure in a territory whose use was associated with various environmental restrictions, including restricted use areas, water protection zones, coastal protection strips, forest and sanitary regimes. Implementation of the project required an assessment of the feasibility of construction and subsequent operation of facilities, taking into account the special regime of the territory.

CLS associates conducted a legal analysis of the land regime and the planned use of the territory, identified key constraints and regulatory risks, assessed the feasibility of the facilities and prepared recommendations for structuring the project, taking into account applicable environmental requirements.
