Elena’s professional experience spans over 20 years. Elena possesses broad practical expertise in providing support for projects in construction of trade, warehousing, manufacturing and other types of facilities, structuring and providing support for transactions, due diligence, as well as consulting clients on issues concerning land, real estate and construction.
Many projects implemented under Elena’s leadership were recognized as some of the largest and most significant for the market as to the amount of investments, broad geography and social significance.
For many years, Elena has been among the leaders in national and international ratings (Pravo-300, Kommersant, Rossiiskaya Gazeta, Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers)
For seven years in a row, Elena has been among the top 10 in the CRE-100 rating of the most influential persons in commercial real estate.
Starting 2026, Elena is a member of the Board of the Association of Real Estate Market Participants (ARKN).
