Creation and operation of water supply and drain facilities, storm sewers, heat supply facilities, electric power transmission and distribution facilities in the Far Eastern Federal Circuit

The CLS team provided comprehensive legal support for the project on creation and operation of water supply and drain facilities, a highway with a storm sewer network, heat supply facilities and electric power transmission and distribution facilities in the Far Eastern Federal Circuit.

As part of this project, the CLS team developed an organizational and legal concept for the project, prepared draft concession agreements for each group of facilities, as well as sets of documents necessary for submitting proposals for entering into a concession agreement and accompanied the client during negotiations with representatives of the public partner and financing organizations. Concession agreements for each group of facilities were entered into in January-February of 2022.
