On November 28, 2024, as part of the anniversary XXV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Kutafin Readings," the First Russian-Chinese Legal Forum will take place. The event is organized by the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL). The forum's partners include leading Chinese law universities, such as Gansu University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai), China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing), as well as universities from the cities of Xi'an and Heilongjiang. Within Section No. 2, dedicated to the legal aspects of consulting based on the experience of Russia and China, Anton Naku, Advisor of the International Projects Support Practice at CLS, will deliver a report on the topic "Cooperation between Law Firms in Russia and China: Experience and Prospects." It should be recalled that CLS previously signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Pilot Free Trade Zone of the Xiamen Area Administrative Committee of China. This step became an important milestone in the development of international cooperation and laid the foundation for the implementation of joint projects in the field of legal consulting for our company. The forum will serve as a unique platform for exchanging experience and strengthening cooperation between the legal systems of Russia and China. All details about the partners and the event program can be found on the MSAL website via the provided link.
