Gleb Apenkin is Of Counsel in CLS's corporate practice.
Gleb provides support for projects related to corporate law, insolvency (bankruptcy) and crisis management, banking law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), projects related to distributed ledger and blockchain technologies, cloud and fog computing, and projects in the field of information technology.
One of Gleb's specializations is supporting projects in the TMT sector (including IT and e-commerce), as well as providing legal support to Russian and international operators in the digital currency market.
Gleb has the status of an arbitration manager.
Gleb has over 10 years of professional experience, most of which he spent at CLS, starting his career as a paralegal.
