CLS-Led Legal Support in Sale of Vremena Goda Shopping Center Among RBC’s Top 10 Deals
CLS lawyers provided legal support for the sale of the Seasons shopping center. The deal was ranked among RBC’s top 10 largest real estate investment transactions in 2025.
The seller was Capital Management, and the buyer was structures of the Kievskaya Ploshchad group of companies. The transaction amount has not been officially disclosed, but according to RBC, it is estimated at 14–16 billion rubles.
The CLS team comprehensively supported the sale of the asset on the seller’s side, handling both the legal aspects and the tasks of operational control and pre‑sale preparation of the asset. This ensured the uncontested and cost‑effective disposal of the client’s non‑core assets.
The project team included CLS Senior Partner Dmitry Churin, CLS Corporate Practice Managing Lawyers Vadim Kovalev and Gleb Apenkin, and CLS Corporate Practice Lawyers Vadim Strushko and Irina Kocherova.
The Vremena Goda shopping center is one of the largest shopping centers in Moscow, previously a landmark luxury retail destination. After the departure of international companies, the property fell into the category of distressed retail real estate and is set to be renovated following the change of ownership.
