Dmitry Churin – Senior Partner, Head of the Corporate Practice at CLS.
Dmitry has over 20 years of experience advising Russian and international companies across a wide range of industries, including energy, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, and trade.
Dmitry advises clients on market entry into Russia, implementation of investment projects, acquisition of business assets and enterprises, and corporate restructuring. He provides legal support throughout all stages of large-scale transactions — from legal due diligence and initial negotiations to closing and post-closing integration of assets into the client’s business.
In recent years, Dmitry has participated in major cross-border projects in cooperation with leading Russian and international law firms.
