Pavel specializes in bankruptcy of individuals and legal entities, as well as litigation, including disputes arising out of construction contracts. Pavel has repeatedly represented clients before the Supreme Court.

Pavel has more than 15 years of legal experience and has led hundreds of major projects involving litigation and other matters, including those related to construction.

Pavel provides comprehensive legal support for real estate and construction projects, including structuring contractual relationships under construction contracts and preparing the full package of required documentation (including documentation based on international FIDIC standards), representing clients in negotiations with potential counterparties, and advising on contentious and conflict situations.

Pavel advised on the construction of the largest mining and processing plant in the Russian Far East, with total investments exceeding USD 500 million, and provided support to the general contractor constructing a nuclear energy facility abroad. He also led the legal support project for the organizer of the largest international sporting events held in the Russian Federation.

The dispute resolution practice in which Pavel works consistently ranks among the top in international and national legal directories, including The Legal 500, Pravo-300, Kommersant and PROBankruptcy, in the categories Commercial (Arbitrazh) Litigation, Litigation in Courts of General Jurisdiction and Bankruptcy.

Pavel is recognized among the leading experts in Commercial (Arbitrazh) Litigation by Pravo-300 and in Bankruptcy by PROBankruptcy.
