The book focuses on legal regulation of the nuclear power sector in 22 jurisdictions. Irina Onikienko, Partner of the firm, and Valentina Alikova, Project Finance and Public-Private Partnership practice attorney, wrote a chapter on the legal principles of the nuclear power sector regulation in Russia, trends in the nuclear industry development and investment management in the sector.
Interlaw is an international association that unites independent law firms from over 125 cities worldwide. Capital Legal Services joined the association in 2014 and since then has been an active member. In 2017, Irina Onikienko, Partner at Capital Legal Services, was appointed Chair of the IP/IT Special Business Team EMEA.
