• Successful defense of one of the largest holding airlines in Europe and worldwide in a court dispute concerning claims of a passenger against an airline on full refund of ticket cost based on an international air transport agreement. This court dispute was of a high profile for the client, since if this dispute had a different outcome, there would be a high risk that other passengers would make similar unjustified claims. 

• Successful defense of a major European construction group in a series of interconnected court disputes with a client.

• Successful defense of a major Russian foods manufacturer in a court dispute with a general contractor, arising out of a contract for construction of a   manufacturing facility.

• Successful defense of a major international pharmaceutical company in a court dispute with a regional office of the Federal Antitrust Service of Russia on the issue of the client’s breach of antitrust legislation resulting from controlling contractors’ actions.

• Successful defense of a major foreign manufacturer of aviation equipment in Russian courts, resulting in the dismissal of claims against the client both in Russian court and also in foreign courts.

•  Representing a foreign manufacturer of elevator equipment in litigation over title to a substantial real estate facility in Moscow, involving several government organizations and committees, and out-of-court negotiations aimed at reaching an amicable settlement.

• Representing a foreign pharmaceutical company that was a creditor in a bankruptcy case.

• Defending a foreign manufacturer in a series of court cases in the Commercial Arbitration Court of Samara Region.

• Defending a major European manufacturer of corrugated cardboard packaging in a court dispute against the Administration of Leningrad Region on the issue of purchasing land plots.

• Recovery of a debt under a loan agreement through court proceedings, and execution of the court’s award in favor of the client.

• Successful representation of clients in court disputes with the Federal Tax Service regarding VAT refunds.

• Successful representation a leading supplier of refrigeration equipment in a court dispute resulting from an agreement on providing carrier and  forwarding services and customs brokerage services, as well as during out-of-court negotiations aimed at achieving an amicable dispute resolution.

• Numerous court cases to recover debt under a product supply agreements and sale and purchase agreements.

• Representation of a major manufacturer/importer of mobile phones in court disputes concerning consumers’ claims tied to product quality.

• Advice to a leading manufacturer of climate equipment, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems; and development of a program of to minimize the risk of consumer claims against the client.

• Representation of an automobile dealer in a dispute over automobile quality.

• Successful protection of the client’s interests in a dispute with the owner of an adjacent land plot, which built a road on the client’s land plot without permission.

• Successful protection of interests of a client being a major global auto manufacturer, in a lawsuit from a receiver for a regional dealer center on voiding deals with the client.
