Moscow maintains remote work regime

Moscow has extended restrictive measures in respect to certain categories of individuals until April 1, 2022, namely, the following:

1. The self-isolation requirement continues to apply to unvaccinated persons over age 60 and persons with chronic illnesses (except those who had COVID-19 in the last 12 months).
2. Employers operating in Moscow are still obliged to transfer to remote work the following categories of employees:

• At least 30% of their employees / service providers under civil law contracts;
• All employees over age 60 and those with chronic illnesses (included in the List approved by the Moscow Health Care Department), except employees whose physical presence at the workplace is critical for business operation.

Employers are still obliged to provide information in electronic form on a weekly basis about employees and service providers under civil law contracts in respect to whom a decision has been made:

1. To transfer them to remote work;
2. Not to transfer them to remote work due to their physical presence at the workplace being critical for business operation.
