Effective January 1, 2025, Ekaterina Smolovaya, Head of the Tax Practice at CLS, became a Partner. Anna Persiantceva was appointed Head of the PPP and Project Finance practice.

The Pravo-300 rating is the largest research of the legal market in Russia, conducted since 2010. In 2024, CLS was recognized in a total of 18 categories, two more than in last year's ranking.

The Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper has published the results of the second large-scale annual study "Rating of lawyers and their companies." Seven CLS lawyers ranked high in the rating, confirming high professionalism of the team.

On October 1, CLS and the Pilot Free Trade Zone of Xiamen Area Administrative Committee of China (Fujian) entered into a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation.

On July 15, 2024, within the framework of the Caucasus Investment Forum, the head of the Karachai-Cherkess Republic and the General Director of Airports of Regions Management Company signed a concession agreement on creation of the new Arkhyz airport. The agreement was signed in the presence of Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

On June 6, 2024, in the course of the 27th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Governor of Omsk Region and the General Director of Airports of Regions Management Company signed a concession agreement on creation of the new Omsk-Fyodorovka airport in Omsk Region. The concessionaire Omskaeroinvest LLC (part of the Airports of Regions group) was determined by a resolution of the Russian Government.

Results of the “PROBankrotstvo Leaders. Personalized Lawyer Rankings 2023” were published on April 8. This is the first detailed study of the bankruptcy market to identify the best lawyers and the most reliable and experienced bankruptcy project consultants.

On April 10, Kommersant summarized the results of the annual rating "Legal Services Market Leaders 2024."

CLS is recognized in 20 leadership positions in the Best Law Practices and Industries rankings, and three associates made the top of the Individual rankings!

For the fifth consecutive year, Pravo.ru-300, in addition to its main rating of law firms, published a list of recommended lawyers. This year, 13 CLS associates made the list – a new record for the firm.

The full "recommended lawyers" ranking included 2,640 top legal advisors.
